These Bumpstops are installed to reduce the upward travel of your axle to eliminate the possibilty of your shocks bottoming out and reducing their life expectancy all while preventing the tire from rubbing the fenders during full flex. They are custom cut to fit your aftermarket lift on all Jeep TJs. They cut from 3 inch diameter Uhmw polyethylene which is extremely durable and will withstand the abuse of a bumpstop and it also self lubricates so it will never dry out.

The bumpstop extension is 3 inches in diameter to tightly fit inside of the coils, and can be cut to any dimension you need. You can find your exact height by removing the coil spring and raising the axle to its max height or until the shock bottoms out. Roughly a 1/4 inch should be added to this measurement to make up for any compression of your bumpstops.

The extension will be drilled to fit a ****3/8-16 bolt**** and will be countersunk so the head of the bolt wont be in contact with the bumpstop. The 3/8 bolt will be used to keep the extension in place so a hole will need to be drilled and tapped to 3/8-16 on the spring perch opposite of the bumpstop.

Also included is the rear bumpstop spacers, they will come drill with 1/2” centered hole no countersink. Choose the size you need unless a custom size is needed then leave the measurement in the notes.
